As a Lead Business Functional Analyst within the sLimits team, you will play a pivotal role in the global implementation of a crucial corporate banking system that provides real-time funds release verification services. Collaborating closely with all stakeholders, you will be responsible for articulating business and functional requirements. You will be part of a dynamic team based in Frankfurt that adheres to Agile (Scrum) methodologies and best development practices, utilizing cutting-edge architectural approaches such as Cloud, GCP, Microservices, and Kafka.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will evaluate and define business and functional requirements, ensuring clarity on all necessary points with stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, and technical architects.
- In collaboration with developers, you will ensure that implementations align with both business and architectural requirements.
- You will participate in defining and executing testing activities alongside product owners, subject matter experts, and testing teams, as well as during product launches.
- You will establish working practices, set internal standards, and actively contribute to shaping our processes and solutions.
- You will mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Proven expertise in functional specification and technical design, with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience.
- Strong understanding of current technologies and architectural frameworks (Microservices, Cloud, Web Services, Web UI) to effectively inform solution design.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
