IT Project Sales Manager

eAces GmbH is seeking a driven and experienced IT Project Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the Contracting Consulting sector.
As an IT-focused sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients within the project placement business. Your expertise in consultancy and IT development projects, coupled with your ability to source top talent (consultants, developers), will be instrumental in driving our success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and secure new clients for our project placement services.
- Qualify incoming inquiries and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate effectively with client project management, partner management, and procurement teams.
- Provide support to external consultants and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with both clients and candidates.
- Cultivate a vast network of companies and experts within the IT industry.
Your Profile:
- Possess a university degree in a business-related or technical (informatics) field, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate strong networking and sales skills with a proven track record of success.
- Show genuine interest in current trends such as digitalization, transformation, process automation, and artificial intelligence.
- Be proactive, communicative, and results-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibit confidence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth within the personnel and sales sector.
- Fluent in both German and English.
