Commercial Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Jobactive GmbH. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our commercial growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and Confirm Deals: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of trade confirmations and settlements, working closely with our Front Office and Accounting teams.
- Analyze Business Process Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve and standardize business processes within trading operations, with a comprehensive front-to-end view.
- Digitalization of Business Processes: Evaluate possibilities for further digitalization of existing business processes in trade confirmation and settlement, as part of your analysis.
- Compliance and Internal Control: Ensure smooth business process improvements in line with Compliance and Internal Control requirements, while maintaining daily operational work.
- Operational Excellence: Support the roll-out of our Operational Excellence & Digital Vision across Commercial Operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster the development of continuous improvement skills and mindset across Commercial Operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Front Office, IT, and Accounting teams.
- Work Experience: Essential work experience in the field of digitalization, trade confirmation, and settlement.
- SAP Systems Knowledge: Required knowledge of SAP systems, with ETRM knowledge being a plus.
- MS Office Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office services.
- Communication Skills: Effective and efficient communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Reliability and Self-Driven Mentality: Reliability, a self-driven mentality, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Affinity for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration (service orientation).
- German Language: Nice to have.
