Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our commercial operations are streamlined and harmonized across a complex array of markets and products.

Working within the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your extensive network across both sales and technical teams to serve as a crucial link between various departments, ensuring that a wide range of technical commercial initiatives adopt a unified approach to sales and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between sales and service teams and our technical product organization, ensuring our commercial systems and processes are aligned and optimized.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and operational improvements by maintaining close relationships with our user community and managing a network of system advocates.
  • Develop a robust network across relevant departments to swiftly identify emerging needs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall technical strategies and planning.
  • Act as an advisor and coordinator for business stakeholders seeking fundamental changes to operational processes and systems.
  • Organize information, stakeholders, and smaller projects with the overarching goal of enhancing commercial harmonization.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise gained from project management or leadership roles at the intersection of business and product/engineering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across various departments and levels of seniority, establishing yourself as a trusted resource and valuable contributor to projects and commercial initiatives.
  • Possess a deep understanding of sales and commercial processes and systems; experience in an online business environment is advantageous.
  • Exhibit fluent communication skills in both German and English.
