Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, where you will be tasked with ensuring that our commercial operations are streamlined and standardized across a diverse range of markets and offerings.

In the Commercial Operations division, you will utilize your broad connections across both sales and technical teams to serve as a crucial link among various departments, ensuring that a multitude of technical commercial initiatives align with our unified approach to sales and service delivery.

This role necessitates the establishment of collaborative relationships and points of contact across all pertinent areas and varying levels of seniority, enabling you to be an informed facilitator and communicator between technical and non-technical teams.

You will play an essential role in our mission to reshape the labor market to benefit all stakeholders.

  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between sales/service teams and our technical product division to guarantee that our commercial systems and processes are consistently aligned and exemplary.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our systems and operational methodologies by maintaining close relationships with our user community and overseeing a network of system advocates.
  • Develop a network that spans the most relevant departments to swiftly recognize emerging needs and initiatives, ensuring they align with overarching technical roadmaps and planning strategies.
  • Act as an advisor and coordinator for business stakeholders seeking fundamental modifications to our operational methodologies and system processes.
  • Organize information, stakeholders, and smaller projects under the primary objective of enhanced commercial standardization.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a project management or leadership role at the intersection of business and product/engineering sectors.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships and trust across various departments and levels of seniority; capable of becoming a recognized go-to person and valued contributor in projects and commercial initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and commercial processes and systems is essential; prior experience in an online business environment is advantageous.
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English are mandatory.
