Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Analyst für unsere Kunden, ein etabliertes und börsennotiertes Energieunternehmen. Der Kandidat wird Teil unseres Teams sein und sich auf die Implementierung der Geschäftsstrategie konzentrieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der Geschäftsstrategie durch Validierung und Bestätigung von Geschäften sowie Setzen von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen.
  • Analyse von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung und Standardisierung von Geschäftsprozessen, um die Effizienz von Handelsoperationen zu erhöhen.
  • Evaluierung von Möglichkeiten zur weiteren Digitalisierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich der Geschäftstransaktionen und -setzungen.
  • Garantie der reibungslosen Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen im Einklang mit Compliance- und Internen Kontrollanforderungen, während tägliche operative Arbeit aufrechterhalten wird.
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung unseres Operational Excellence & Digital Vision in den Commercial Operations.
  • Förderung der Entwicklung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungskompetenzen und -mentalität in den Commercial Operations.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern wie Front Office, IT- und Rechnungswesen-Teams.

Anforderungen:

  • Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich der Digitalisierung ist unerlässlich.
  • Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich der Geschäftstransaktionen und -setzungen.
  • Kenntnisse von SAP-Systemen sind erforderlich; Kenntnisse von ETRM-Systemen sind ein Plus.
  • Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office-Diensten.
  • Effektive und effiziente Kommunikations-, Dokumentations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Verlässlichkeit, Selbstfahrmentalität und Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Begeisterung für Teamarbeit und cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit (Dienstorientierung).
