Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d) für unsere IT-Sicherheitsvertriebsabteilung. Als Pionier hochsicherer Verschlüsselungstechnologien liefern wir Hochgeschwindigkeits-Netzwerkverschlüsselung und Endpoint-Sicherheit. Aufgaben
  • Die Abteilung Sales (bestehend aus Direkt-, Indirekt- und Inside Sales Mitarbeitern) fachlich und disziplinarisch führen
  • Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereiches und Übernahme der Auftragseingangsverantwortung
  • Starker Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung unseres Indirect Sales
  • Arbeiten mit externen Vertriebspartnern und R&S internen Vertriebsgesellschaften
  • Betreuung bestehender Vertragspartner, Aufbau neuer Beziehungen und Kooperationspartner
  • Marktgerechte Ausrichtung des Portfolios aus der R&S SIT GmbH und der Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity GmbH
  • Operative Steuerung der Vermarktung von geräte- und kundenspezifischen Systemlösungen
  • Transformation von operationellen Kundenanforderungen in technische Lösungen und Leitung technischer Produktanforderungen
  • Vertretung der Abteilung auf Messen und Veranstaltungen national- und international
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Qualifizierte Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Umfangreiche Vertriebserfahrung im Umgang mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern und/oder Channel Partnern, Resellern oder Systemintegratoren
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue, komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Fähigkeit, Teams souverän zu führen
  • Idealerweise operationelle Kenntnisse über Netzwerk-, Datenanalyse- oder Cybersicherheitslösungen
  • Integrative Persönlichkeit, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und handelst stark unternehmerisch sowie kundenorientiert
  • Ausgeprägte Netzwerkfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, souverän in Konzernstrukturen zu agieren
  • Kenntnisse mit Vergabeverfahren für öffentliche Aufträge und im Aufbau von Channel- und Partnerprogrammen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft
