About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our IT Security Sales team at Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT security industry
