We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Transfer Pricing to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our global tax team, you will play a critical role in shaping our transfer pricing strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Transfer Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive transfer pricing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Provide Tax Advice: Offer expert tax advice to all levels of the organization on transfer pricing issues, including the development and implementation of internal transfer pricing guidelines.
- Manage Transfer Pricing Projects: Lead and manage transfer pricing projects, including the determination of arm's length transfer pricing methods and transfer prices for intra-group transactions.
- Monitor Legislative Changes: Stay up-to-date with legislative changes in the area of transfer pricing and assess their impact on our group structure and operational processes.
- Defend Tax Positions: Defend our tax positions in the area of transfer pricing during tax audits and support Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA).
- Prepare TP Master File and Local Files: Prepare and submit TP Master File and Local Files, as well as Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Develop Training Programs: Develop and deliver internal training courses on transfer pricing issues to colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Degree in Economics, Law, or a comparable qualification degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a consulting firm (Big 4) or a capital market-orientated, globally active company.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of all areas of transfer pricing in Germany and abroad, including OECD and domestic transfer pricing regulations, BEPS, MAP, and APA.
- Skills: In-depth business and economic knowledge, analytical thinking, complex problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and strong teamwork skills.
- Language: Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
