Job Description

The Client Services Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients across multiple accounts, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to provide top-notch services that exceed client expectations
  • Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress and addressing gaps proactively
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, establishing regular communications through 1-1 meetings and team meetings
  • Complete performance management processes, including providing feedback and addressing gaps
  • Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful client onboarding
  • Develop and implement recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision-making
  • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategies
Requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management background
  • Experience as a CSM or relevant leadership experience
  • Exposure to various recruitment technologies, including ATS and social media tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
