M RM is seeking a seasoned Client Services professional to spearhead our team in Germany. You'll be responsible for nurturing and developing our relationships with key clients while playing a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
The Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for an experienced Client Services leader who is passionate about inspiring others and building long-term client relationships.
The role will involve:
- Managing several of our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identifying opportunities to grow relationships, presenting ideas and strategies to key stakeholders.
- Overseeing projects and campaigns for the clients across CX, CRM/Loyalty, and Technology.
- Leading and mentoring the client services team.
- Playing an active role in new business opportunities.
Essential Capabilities:
We're looking for a Client Services leader who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience operating at a similar level working with major clients. Experience with the automotive sector would be advantageous.
- A deep understanding of some or all of our core specialisms; Business & Digital Transformation, CX, CRM, Content, and Social Media.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Exceptional communication skills.
