Global Marketing Manager for Automated Life Science Solutions

Your Challenges

  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our life science automation products, focusing on increasing demand and revenue.
  • You will analyze the effectiveness of our product marketing and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance it.
  • You will design and coordinate marketing campaigns, including market launches, to attract customers and generate leads.
  • You will work closely with the Innovation Management Team to develop marketing strategies for recurring revenue streams.
  • You will build a compelling marketing story for our offerings and support product positioning across segment and regional boundaries.
  • You will manage events and trade shows, create marketing materials, and define product training processes for sales staff.
  • You will maintain active relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collect customer feedback to support the Automation business unit.

Your Expertise

  • You have a Master's degree in Biology, Life Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a combination of these fields.
  • You possess several years of experience in marketing and/or product management positions.
  • You have experience in the life science industry and a significant network in the sector.
  • You have proven experience in executing international projects and leading teams to achieve results.
  • You combine strong networking skills with an independent and structured working style.
  • You possess profound knowledge of working within Microsoft/Office 365.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with German skills considered advantageous.
