About the Role

AWS EMEA SARL (Germany Branch) is seeking a seasoned HPC Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth and revenue in the Germany market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy to expand our HPC offerings and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Strategy: Develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Germany market, leveraging AWS's HPC offerings and expertise.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Germany market, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Germany HPC market, informing business strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication of business strategy and goals.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share, to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Requirements
  • Experience in HPC Sales and Business Development: 5+ years of experience in HPC sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of HPC solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
