We empower our clients with insights and strategies to optimize their drug and medical device solutions throughout the entire life cycle. From pre-approval to post-market access, we help them secure market approval, demonstrate value, support therapeutic indications, and maximize product impact.
Our team of experts combines unmatched technical capabilities, advanced analytic methods, and deep relationships within the payer and health technology assessment (HTA) community.
Responsibilities- Exceed assigned sales targets and generate qualified leads on a consistent basis.
- Achieve daily/weekly prospecting activity KPIs, including phone calls and emails.
- Meticulously document all prospect interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with sales team requirements.
- Facilitate seamless hand-off calls between prospects and the Client Engagement Specialists.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to support overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a science-related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a lead generation representative within the pharmaceutical industry, with specific knowledge of health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, and market access.
- Exceptional attention to detail in drafting clear and concise emails and capturing prospect interaction notes accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify target personas through platforms like LinkedIn or Global Data and align appropriate service offerings based on their needs.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the capacity to work independently within a team setting.
