Job Summary:

As an Air Freight Export Operator at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of air freight shipments worldwide. Your responsibilities will include independent order processing, customs clearance, and preparation of air waybills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process air freight shipments independently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Carry out customs clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Prepare air waybills, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, international branches, partners, and agents, providing excellent customer service.
  • Process claims and complaints independently, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Prepare quotations for customers, providing accurate and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services.
  • Further training in the field of dangerous goods and training as an aviation security officer desirable.
  • Relevant professional experience in the air freight export field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Confident handling of customs programs, e.g. Dakosy.
  • Flexibility, high level of commitment, and customer orientation.
  • Organizational talent, negotiating skills, and ability to work in a team.
