Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Export Operator to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As an Air Freight Export Specialist, you will be responsible for processing air freight shipments independently, carrying out customs clearance, and preparing ABDs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process air freight shipments efficiently and accurately
  • Carry out customs clearance procedures
  • Prepare ABDs for international shipments
  • Communicate effectively with customers, international branches, partners, and agents
  • Process claims and complaints independently
  • Prepare quotations for air freight services

Requirements:

  • Completed training as a businessman for forwarding and logistics services
  • Further training in the field of dangerous goods and aviation security desirable
  • Relevant professional experience in air freight export
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Confident handling of customs programs, e.g. Dakosy
  • Flexibility, high level of commitment, and customer orientation
  • Organizational talent, negotiating skills, and ability to work in a team
