Als Head of Direct Sourcing Germany leiten Sie das direkte Einkaufsteam der SYNLAB Deutschland und tragen maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens bei.

Aufgaben
  • Führung des direkten Einkaufs der SYNLAB Deutschland
  • Teil des globalen Einkaufsteams der SYNLAB Gruppe, direkte Berichtslinie an die globale Einkaufsleitung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufstrategien zur Kostenoptimierung und Sicherstellung von Lieferketten
  • Identifikation neuer Lieferanten und Bewertung bestehender Lieferanten
  • Ermittlung von Chancen und Risiken im Beschaffungsumfeld
  • Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem globalen Einkaufsteam, den Fachabteilungen und dem operativen Einkauf
  • Steuerung des Salix- und Pre-Sourcing-Prozesses auf Landesebene
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung des Budgets für den Direkteinkauf der SYNLAB Deutschland
  • Verantwortung für taktische und strategische Einkaufsprozesse
  • Verantwortung für lokale Ausschreibungen/Verhandlungen und Unterstützung von globalen Initiativen
  • Verhandlungsführung für alle direkten Warengruppen
  • Disziplinäre Führung und Beratung sowie Entwicklung von Einkaufspezialisten
  • Personalplanung sowie Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Diagnostik und/oder Healthcare von Vorteil
  • Analytische, konzeptionelle und projektmanagementbezogene Fähigkeiten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und globales Handeln
  • Mehrsprachigkeit (Englisch obligatorisch), sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Category Management und in der Arbeit innerhalb internationaler Netzwerke von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässiges, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Teamfähigkeit
