Head of Sourcing Indirect Germany

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to join our team as Head of Sourcing Indirect Germany. As a key member of our Global Procurement Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that drive cost savings and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies for assigned categories, aligning with functional leaders on country level
- Lead and develop Sourcing Managers and/or Sourcing Specialists within assigned category cluster(s)
- Drive the Salix and Pre-Sourcing Process in close collaboration with local functional leaders and within Global Procurement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for assigned category cluster and Procurement Operations
- Extensive procurement experience, especially in assigned category cluster(s)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think and act globally, representing the interests of the Group
