Technical Training Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our Field Technicians and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.
- Train colleagues, customers, and partners on JCI products and systems.
- Manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with L&D Leaders to ensure learning experiences are relevant and effective.
- Partner with global Program Leads to share best practices and drive consistency.
- Implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with HVAC systems in a relevant role.
- Demonstrated interest in training and supporting colleagues.
- Experience collaborating with instructors, SMEs, and stakeholders.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering trainings.
- Fluency in German, Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch.
- Understanding of BMS products and systems.
- Project Management experience to support program management.
