As a key member of our EMEA leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership of the EMEA TMS function, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership of the EMEA TMS function, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead the implementation of business plans and provide overall direction to the Services team.
- Work closely with EMEA Sales leadership to ensure the success of the TMS business.
- Establish and manage the executive message to customers and audit key project factors like budget, scope, resources, and timeline.
- Serve as escalation point for issue resolution and attend Steering Committee Meetings as Project Director.
- Act as Project Engagement Lead and strategic partner and trusted advisor of customers.
- Oversee existing customer base, monitor upgrade reviews, and provide industry expertise in relation to client's business.
- Develops scheduling commitments to internal and external customers and is responsible for achieving those commitments.
- Maintain billable percentage of 20%.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- Subject matter expert within the software implementation field with proven consulting expertise (TMS, Transport Management knowledge).
- Cloud/Saas implementation software subject matter expert.
- Proven end-to-end sales through to implementation experience.
- Resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations.
- Average travel 50 - 75%.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
