Technical Data Production Supervisor

Job Overview:

In order to support ongoing and upcoming initiatives, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a new Technical Data Production Supervisor (m/w/d) to become part of their team. The primary focus of this role will be to oversee the creation of all Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness related to a civil Helicopter Program.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage comprehensive Production Oversight, coordinating both internal and external contributors
  • Oversee Master Planning and Tactical Planning processes
  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless production workflow
  • Evaluate production metrics and produce reports, along with developing action plans for enhancements
  • Assist in workload and capacity assessments
  • Direct production management routines and troubleshooting activities
  • Regularly update Tech Data production documentation

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Design Office or Technical Data environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Capability to thrive in a multinational team setting
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
