About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Data Specialist to join our team at STRATO Personal GmbH. As a Technical Data Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and creating technical documentation for our clients in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process change requests and customer comments to update technical documentation
  • Review and analyze technical documents, including parts lists, drawings, and supplier documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Define the scope of changes in technical manuals, taking into account existing helicopter configurations
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to create individual data modules and provide technical support as needed
  • Process customer inquiries, report on progress, and manage data and processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide timely drafts of ICA documents for approval by national and international aviation authorities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering or a related field, with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in creating technical publications in the aviation industry, preferably for electrical systems and/or avionics
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations related to technical documentation
  • Experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent communication skills
  • Experience in helicopter maintenance or production is desirable
  • ILS knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluent business English and advanced German language skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with resilience and adaptability
