Your Tasks

  • Create product and supplier data models to ensure seamless data management.
  • Implement data management tools to optimize data quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage supplier master data on a global level to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Create new central material and supplier master data in relevant systems to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies to improve data quality and reduce errors.
  • Work closely with Product Management, S&OP, Sourcing, and Replenishment to ensure data alignment and consistency.
  • Participate in global projects related to master data management and improvement to drive business success.
  • Assist in resolving data integration issues as requested by data owners to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Authorize changes on main master data in relevant systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Update purchase prices in info records and/or create new info records to support business operations.
  • Change master data in relevant systems based on article master request XLS sheet to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Actively promote the implementation of a new global matrix organization to establish cross-functional ties and improve data management.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your university studies with above-average results.
  • You bring verifiable experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational company operating in an active and dynamic environment.
  • You demonstrate a collaborative approach, maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • You possess fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have experience with data management tools, such as Excel and databases, as well as proficiency with SAP/ERP solutions.
