Your Tasks
- Create product and supplier data models to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Implement data management tools to streamline processes and improve data quality.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment to ensure seamless data integration.
- Manage supplier master data on a global level to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Create new central material and supplier master data in relevant systems to support business operations.
- Develop and implement data management strategies to improve data quality and reduce errors.
- Work closely with Product Management, S&OP, Sourcing, and Replenishment to ensure data alignment and consistency.
- Participate in global projects related to master data management and improvement to drive business growth.
- Assist in resolving data integration issues as requested by data owners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Authorize changes on main master data in relevant systems to maintain data integrity.
- Update purchase prices in info records and/or create new info records to support business operations.
- Change master data in relevant systems based on article master request XLS sheet to ensure data accuracy.
- Actively promote the implementation of a new global matrix organization to establish cross-functional ties and improve data management.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your university studies with above-average results.
- You bring verifiable experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational company operating in an active and dynamic environment.
- You demonstrate a collaborative approach, maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.
- You possess fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- You have experience with data management tools, such as Excel and databases, as well as proficiency with SAP/ERP solutions.
