Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Manage and optimize our customers' business partner master data by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical business information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with customer success managers, customers, data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand the individual usage of our Business Partner Data Management products.
- Data Quality: Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all data sources and pipelines.
- Process Optimization: Optimize and tune data processes for performance and scalability.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve data infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and relevant years of experience in data engineering specifically for master data management.
- Skills: Proficiency in master data management (MDM) principles, practices, and tools. Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration and transformation. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Java. Knowledge of data quality assessment and improvement techniques. Understanding of data governance frameworks and practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills.
