Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Manage and optimize our customers' business partner master data by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical business information.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with customer success managers, customers, data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand the individual usage of our Business Partner Data Management products.
- Data Quality: Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all data sources and pipelines.
- Process Optimization: Optimize and tune data processes for performance and scalability.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support and troubleshooting for data-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve data infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant years of experience in data engineering specifically for master data management.
- Skills: Proficiency in master data management (MDM) principles, practices, and tools; strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems; experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration and transformation; proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Java; knowledge of data quality assessment and improvement techniques; understanding of data governance frameworks and practices.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills.
