Ihre Rolle:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Brand Manager, der unsere Markenstrategien entwickelt und umsetzt. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Marketingpläne und -kampagnen spielen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Markenstrategien und Marketingplänen
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um Verbraucherpräferenzen, Markttrends sowie den Wettbewerbsmarkt im Schmuck- und Lifestyle-Sektor zu verstehen
  • Entwicklung überzeugender Storytellings für die Brands Charm Club und Sterling-Silver, um Konsistenz an allen Touchpoints sicherzustellen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Design-Team, um Innovationen und Produktsortimentsstrategien voranzutreiben
  • Erstellung von Briefings für unser Design-Team sowie Mitarbeit bei der Preisgestaltung
  • Planung und Durchführung integrierter Marketingkampagnen, einschließlich Digitalmarketing, Social Media, PR, Events sowie Partnerschaften
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Partnerschaften zu externen Agenturen, Lieferanten und Partnern zur Unterstützung von Markeninitiativen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Markenrichtlinien und -standards
  • Überwachung und Analyse von Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) im Zusammenhang mit Markengesundheit, Umsatzleistung und Kundenengagement zur Messung der Effektivität
  • Verfolgen von Branchentrends, neuen Technologien und bewährten Verfahren im Brand Management zur Förderung von Innovationen und zur Aufrechterhaltung eines Wettbewerbsvorteils
