Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee various aspects of agricultural product management, particularly in the seed sector. This role encompasses market analysis, project supervision, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on the seed market, including competitive assessments and technical evaluations.
  • Project Management: Plan, oversee, and coordinate national breeding initiatives for cereals and legumes, including the acquisition of new breeding farms. Engage in price negotiations and procurement of multiplied seeds while enhancing product management strategies.
  • Product Innovation: Analyze and monitor new breeding materials for effective portfolio design and manage field trials.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and negotiations with breeding companies, serving as the primary contact for variety information, product placements, and breeding regions.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in the successful launch of new varieties and promote existing products.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: A degree in agricultural sciences or a related field is required.
