Aufgaben- Entwicklung von Konzepten für die Implementierung von Software in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Software-Engineern und UI/UX-Experten.
- Gestaltung der Entwicklungsstrategie und Produktvision für komplexe Individualsoftware gemeinsam mit dem Team und unseren Kunden.
- Konzeptionierung von Workshops zum Requirements Engineering mit und für unsere Stakeholder.
- Erstellung von User Stories und Pflege des Product Backlogs für das Anforderungsmanagement.
- Überblick über Projektfortschritt und Teamauslastung sowie Berichterstattung darüber.
- Teilnahme an Daily Scrum, Reviews bei Kunden und Retrospektiven mit Unterstützung unserer Agile Coaches.
- Gestaltung von XITASO aktiv mit.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften, Technik oder einem vergleichbaren Bildungsweg.
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell in unterschiedlichen Kundendomänen zurechtzufinden.
- Komplexe Zusammenhänge für die Zielgruppe passend darstellen können – verbal, schriftlich und visuell.
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent.
- Leidenschaft und Mut für die Überzeugungen eintritt.

- Sprachkenntnisse in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
