Role Responsibilities
The Chief of Staff collaborates closely with the Commercial Director and the Head of HR, playing a crucial role in supporting their functions. Responsibilities include:
- Providing executive support and managing projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
- Facilitating leadership meetings, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Preparing and reviewing analyses, presentations, and reports essential for decision-making.
- Fostering a positive work environment and exemplifying BAT values.
- Acting as a liaison among executives, employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinating meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and timely follow-ups on action items.
- Overseeing daily operations of the executives' offices, ensuring efficient workflows and standard office management tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in FMCG or a large corporation.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, prioritization, and exceptional time management.
- Strong communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and assertiveness in coordinating with all organizational levels.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in both English and German.
