Role Overview
In the capacity of a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and enhancing our relationships with last-mile delivery partners. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our logistics operations run seamlessly, facilitating the timely delivery of goods to our customers.
Daily Responsibilities
Your position will be based at one of our operational sites, allowing you to maintain close oversight of the entire delivery process. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of partner relationships, from contract negotiations to performance monitoring.
Communication is Key
This role emphasizes the importance of effective communication. You will engage daily with the partners under your management, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to execute deliveries punctually.

At Amazon Logistics, we specialize in 'last mile' delivery in collaboration with third-party distribution entities. Our mission is to enhance the delivery experience for our customers while implementing innovative solutions for emerging services such as Amazon Fresh and Prime Now.
Operational Dynamics
Our operations consist of two main components: the 'under the roof' team, which processes millions of products for dispatch, and the 'on the road' team, which collaborates with a network of delivery contractors.
