As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery operations, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within our partner network.
Key Responsibilities- Safety and Compliance: Collaborate with Safety and Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Performance Optimization: Guide owners in scaling their businesses, managing operational issues, and preparing for peak periods, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.
- Onboarding and Support: Support owners in onboarding to the program, preparing for launch, and coaching them to run compliant, safe, and high-performing companies.
- Operational Improvements: Identify workflow inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency at the network level and enhance the individual DSP owner experience.
- Relationship Development: Foster strong relationships between Amazon and our DSP partners, driving sentiment improvements and promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Communication and Alignment: Ensure effective communication with DSP business owners, aligning with OTR partners and representing the voice of the DSP within Amazon TA.
- Upskilling and Utilization: Coach and ensure effective upskilling and utilization of tools, driving business growth and excellence.
- Customer Metric Improvement: Conduct deep dives to identify customer metric improvement opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
- Process Consistency: Champion the consistent application of Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations, challenging UTR processes that impact OTR and improving driver standards to protect brand image.

Requirements- Education: A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in Operations, Last Mile, account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal German.
