Position Overview:
Establish and nurture high-quality relationships with both new and existing clients.
Enhance and fortify relationships with clients to uncover consulting opportunities.
Negotiate billing terms with clients.
Oversee presales strategy and post-sales implementation.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify the best candidate matches.
Supervise consultants during their assignments with Oxford.
Document client information and all communication records in the database.
Business development: Initiate outbound lead generation campaigns by profiling and researching potential clients to expand your client database.
Conduct outbound calls and prospecting initiatives to generate and cultivate leads, thereby developing your client base.
Your Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
Self-driven, energetic personality.
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset to maintain focus on achieving and surpassing production targets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a rapidly evolving sales setting is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
