Wir suchen einen engagierten Sicherheitskoordinator für Informationssicherheit (m/w/d) mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung im Begleiten von TISAX-Zertifizierungen (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange). Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Sicherstellung unserer Informationssicherheitsstandards spielen und diese mit weiterentwickeln.

  • **Koordination von Audits und Zertifizierungen**: Du wirst die Zukunft mitgestalten, indem du Audits und Zertifizierungen koordinierst, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Informationssicherheitsstandards erfüllt sind und wir die Compliance zu den bestehenden Informationssicherheitszertifizierungen des Geschäftsbereichs aufrechterhalten.
  • **Kooperation und Beratung**: Als Teil des Teams suchen wir dich, da du nicht nur über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich TISAX verfügst, sondern auch die Fähigkeit besitzt, proaktiv mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten und diese in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit zu beraten.
  • **Analyse und Lösungskonzepte**: Du wirst neue Anforderungen analysieren, Entwicklungen von bestehenden und aufkommenden Standards zur Informationssicherheit beobachten und eigene Ideen und Lösungskonzepte für den Geschäftsbereich einbringen.
Qualifikationen
  • **Ausbildung**: Abgeschlossenes Studium mit einem Schwerpunkt in Informationstechnologie (Informatik, IT Security, etc.) oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • **Erfahrungen**: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Informationssicherheit (z.B. als ISO27001 Lead Auditor), Kenntnisse der relevanten Bosch Organisationen und der entsprechenden Zentralanweisungen von Vorteil
  • **Know-How**: Ausgeprägtes Know-how zu Informationssicherheit in Kombination mit Kenntnissen der einschlägigen Informationssicherheitsstandards (z.B. ISO27001, TISAX, etc.)
  • **Persönlichkeit**: ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Problemlösungskompetenz, analytisch, teamfähig und verantwortungsbewusst
  • **Arbeitsweise**: Selbstständige, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • **Sprachen**: verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • **Mobilität**: Reisebereitschaft international
