Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and collaborate with influencers/creators to develop and execute campaigns that meet our brand objectives.
  • Identify and recruit suitable influencers/creators for our campaigns, and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and launch campaigns with a focus on the Italian market.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and influencer marketing.
Requirements
  • Native-level Italian language skills, with business-level proficiency in German or English.
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the Italian market.
  • Proven track record of success in influencer marketing, with a strong understanding of campaign metrics and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
