Your RoleAs a Country Manager Benelux, you will assume end-to-end responsibility for the Benelux market. This includes steering strategic and operational processes related to our Kijimea online shop, conducting market and competition analyses, and leading projects to improve our online shop and enable further growth of our product portfolio in Benelux.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Benelux region.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve the online shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as economics or business administration.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and excellent command of English and German.
- Profound knowledge of the Dutch and/or Belgium market, including cultural nuances and market trends.
- Strong drive and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility for your tasks.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and perform under pressure.
