Key Responsibilities

Are you passionate about sales? As a Sales Representative (all genders) focused on the German-speaking markets, you will play a crucial role in fostering new business relationships that contribute to the growth of TeamViewer.

  • Develop and enhance business connections with TeamViewer clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Recognize opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling while promoting the complete TeamViewer product suite.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and finalize agreements, ensuring meticulous documentation of sales activities and client interactions to achieve your monthly targets.
  • Work collaboratively with departments such as Customer Support and Retention to maintain a high standard of service satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German and English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in up-selling and cross-selling scenarios.
  • Preferably, a background in the IT sector with knowledge of SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in an international team environment.
