The Director of Employee Experience, My Career, plays a pivotal role in defining and enhancing the overarching strategy for employee experience, processes, and technology related to all Talent functions (Succession, Engagement, Learning, etc.). This position is integral to the Employee Experience Leadership team, fostering collaboration towards a cohesive Talent Management approach across various HR domains (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Performance, etc.). The role is tasked with establishing both immediate and long-term strategic directions to consistently enhance and evolve the employee experience on a global scale. The Director will oversee experience-centric HR processes and technologies, ensuring the successful execution of initiatives aimed at optimizing these experiences (through process or system enhancements).
Key Responsibilities
Vision, Strategy & Leadership
- Define and align the specific employee experience area of 'My Career' into a fully integrated employee experience and Talent Management framework.
- Focus on future developments; drive the agenda for My Career, including process and system innovations that push the boundaries of what is achievable and desirable.
- Encourage training, personal growth, professional development, and teamwork among direct reports.
- Establish a forward-thinking and inspiring agenda for the My Career domain as a thought leader within and outside of Mondelēz.
- Oversee the technology that supports the My Career initiative (e.g., Workday).
Operational Execution
- Serve as the experience owner for all processes within My Career.
- Shape HR technology tailored to specific experiences, such as Learning, Succession, and Skills/Talent modules.
- Assist in the portfolio management process (planning and utilization) and prioritize technology and process-related projects accordingly.
- Act as a Project Sponsor for relevant initiatives within the experience area.
- Measure the success of the specific experience area by defining appropriate performance metrics and service level agreements.
- Provide guidance and direction to the respective SSC Team Leads on specific EX areas.
- Collaborate with the Talent & Engagement Center of Excellence to ensure alignment between frameworks and strategies of the EX area.
Continuous Improvement
- Foster a collaborative culture through the delivery of an integrated employee experience.
- Establish performance standards for the respective EX area by defining and monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
- Anticipate market trends specific to the EX area to continuously enhance the organization through system and process optimization.
- Work with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business Leaders to comprehend and implement quality standards specific to the experience.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong background in talent processes such as talent planning, Strategic Talent Reviews, engagement surveys, and learning.
- Experience in a multinational corporation is ideal.
- Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Business consulting experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and detail-focused approach to work with a dedication to excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
