Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop and implement effective collections strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards to evaluate the performance of our late portfolio, enabling data-driven decision-making
- Play a crucial role in shaping and growing our collections and late portfolio management set up internationally
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address collections-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in collections, operations, with a deep understanding of collections strategies, legislation, and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders and vendors at various levels
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data to drive informed decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of international collections practices and regulations is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and German
