Ackerherz ist ein schnell wachsender Online-Bio-Supermarkt, der Mitgliedern leckere Bio-Lebensmittel zu günstigen Preisen anbietet. Wir suchen eine/n Operations Manager - Logistik, um unsere Warenlager- und Versandprozesse zu optimieren.
Verantwortungsbereich
- Ops-Projekte: Du wirst eigenständig Projekte im Ops-Bereich durchführen, um Prozesse von Grund auf zu bauen oder signifikant zu verbessern, wie z.B. Warenbestellung, Optimierung des Warenlagers oder der Versandkartonage.
- Vendor Management: Unser Warenlager wird von einem Third-Party-Logistics-Anbieter betrieben; du wirst diese Beziehung managen und sicherstellen, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert.
- Beschaffung: Du wirst ständig unseren Prozess und das Tooling für die Warenbestellung weiter optimieren; du wirst sicherstellen, dass die Bestellungen reibungslos funktionieren.
- Warenlager: Durch regelmäßige Kontrollen wirst du unser 3PL und unsere Warenlager-Kosten optimieren; dabei wirst du kritische KPIs wie Cost-per-Order, Cost-per-Parcel oder Parcel-to-Order im Auge behalten.
- Versand: Du wirst unsere Bruchquote und Verpackung optimieren; du wirst frühzeitig Probleme mit unserem Carrier identifizieren; zusammen mit dem Carrier Management wirst du unsere Versandpreise reduzieren.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf: Du wirst zusammen mit dem Einkauf Artikel zur Bruchoptimierung auswählen.

Voraussetzungen
- 4+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in Operations/Logistik/Warenlager.
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce.
- Autonome Arbeitsweise.
- Flexibilität und Lust auf Startup.
- Bereitschaft für regelmäßigen Besuch des Warenlagers (ca. 40 min südlich von Berlin, Kosten werden übernommen) - nach Bedarf, initial vmtl. 1x/Woche.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder vergleichbar.
- Fließend Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (C1).
- Führerschein Klasse B; Bonus: Eigener PKW.
