Head of Solutions Structuring and Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis tools to create and execute pricing strategies for the company's products and services, ensuring effective negotiations with vendors, partners, and internal customers.
- Lead Commercial and Financial Aspects: Oversee the commercial, financial, and risk aspects of program lifecycles, from discovery to implementation, while developing strategies for analyzing profitability and ensuring business opportunities are commercially viable and meet return expectations.
- Drive As-a-Service Models: Develop and supply guidance to facilitate the promotion of as-a-service models to new partners, providing daily support to sales teams and internal stakeholders on commercial and deal structures, pricing models, and pricing-influencing capital market trends.
- Steer EaaS Risk Function: Maintain an expert understanding of regulatory aspects for our products and markets, crafting scalable commercial models for customer finance offerings while balancing customer needs with long-term strategic scalability.
- Prepare Deal Analysis Economics: Present deal analysis economics for investment committee reviews, reporting to senior management on the relationship between economic and risk metrics, including ROI, credit risk assumptions, usage risk assumptions, residual risk assumptions, and pricing methods.
Requirements:
- Experience in Structured Finance or Leasing: Minimum years of experience in structured finance or leasing, with a master's degree required.
- Financial Products and Asset-Based Financing: Knowledge of financial products, projects, and asset-based financing.
- Financial Modeling and EaaS Solution Risks: Experience in financial modeling, equipment financing roles, and understanding of EaaS solution risks.
- Business Case Development and Communication: Ability to develop business cases and communicate complex concepts.
- Customer-Focused and Problem-Solving: Customer-first mindset and a problem-solving focus.
- Stakeholder Management and Teamwork: Ability to manage and influence stakeholders, with aptitude for fast learning and team-playing in an agile environment.
- Commercial Aspects of Finance and Business: Systems-oriented with an understanding of commercial aspects of finance and business.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and German, with additional languages a plus.
- Process Setup and Stakeholder Management: Experience in process setup, stakeholder management, and driving initiatives.
- Self-Starter and Executive Presence: Self-starter capable of handling ambiguity and frequent changes, with strong executive presence, excellent facilitation, and coaching skills.
