PlanetHome Group GmbH - As a leading real estate brokerage company in Germany and Austria, our core competencies are the mediation and financing of residential properties. We focus on close cooperation with financial institutions, insurance companies, and other service providers to complement their offerings for customers in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support at the Start: We will provide you with a comprehensive training program at our in-house Academy, and our local agents will take you to appointments to provide you with a thorough understanding of the job.
  • Your Network: You will receive a large network of bank and insurance advisers that you will support and develop over the phone from the beginning.
  • The Acquisition: Together with partners, you will identify customer potentials and serious sales prospects. You will pass on promising leads to local agents, who will then manage the further process.
  • The Sales Process: You will be available to the agent throughout the process and ensure a consistently professional communication with the referrers. The commission will be fairly divided based on the work performance.
  • Strategic Development: As part of a new unit, you will have a significant impact on all initiatives and also shape our strategic development.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: You are passionate about sales and can demonstrate previous successes. Experience in tele-sales, account management, or the real estate sector is advantageous.
  • Telephone Expertise: You find it easy to provide empathetic and individual advice over the phone. You strike the right balance between empathy and determination, and you remain persistent in achieving ambitious goals.
  • Networking Skills: You enjoy networking. Regular contact with many advisers brings you joy, and you passionately nurture your relationships.
  • Team Player: We aim to build not only good but also human and nice teams. Goals are better achieved together rather than alone.
  • Self-Management: You are employed by us, but we value teams that think entrepreneurially. You find it easy to manage yourself, always keeping an eye on possible development opportunities.
