Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Project Manager Live, der sich für die Herausforderung unserer schnell wachsenden Portfolio begeistern kann. Als Unterstützung für unser Team in Hamburg verfügen Sie bereits über Erfahrung in den Bereichen Booking und Abwicklung von Shows.

Aufgaben
  • Die tägliche Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Booking Agents
  • Die Planung und Nachbereitung von Konzerten und Tourneen
  • Ein steter und enger Austausch mit Managements, Künstler:innen, Partner:innen (administrativ, logistisch & technisch) sowie Veranstalter:innen
  • Die Terminabfrage und Erstellung von Routings
  • Die Verhandlung von Aufrittsvereinbarungen
  • Die Bearbeitung von Bookinganfragen
  • Die Erstellung und Versand von Verträgen, Bühnenanweisungen und Rechnungen
  • Die Erstellung und Pflege von Kalkulationen und Abrechnungen
  • Die Koordination und Einrichtung von Show-/Tourneeankündigungen und Ticketverkauf
  • Die Verwaltung von Informationen und Daten zur Konzertplanung
  • Die Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Partner:innen
  • Der Besuch von Shows und die Repräsentation der Agentur
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Veranstaltungskaufmann/frau
  • Von Vorteil: mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Veranstaltungsbranche (Booking Agentur, Promoter, örtlicher Veranstalter oder Festival)
  • Positive Arbeitseinstellung (Can-Do-Attitüde) und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Absolute Detailverliebtheit
  • Proaktive Arbeitsweise und sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Außerordentliches Zeitmanagement und Priorisierung des Workload
  • Einbringen von Vorschlägen und Ideen, um Arbeitsprozesse zu optimieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Hohe Stressresistenz
  • Belastbarkeit (hohes Email-/Kommunikationsaufkommen, Termindruck)
  • Professionelles Auftreten
  • Basiswissen in Konzerttechnik, Buchhaltung/Steuerwesen, Marketing und Ticketing
