Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist prospective clients in navigating our accounting software solvi flow throughout their entire journey, from initial interest and product demonstrations to onboarding and continuous support via various communication channels.
  • Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective implementation and ongoing utilization of solvi flow by our clients, with customer satisfaction as your foremost goal.
  • You will leverage your expertise to devise solutions, provide advisory support, and collaborate closely with our software development team.
Required Qualifications
  • You have completed training in tax law or possess a commercial education with relevant accounting experience.
  • You are interested in and enjoy working with new technologies and software applications.
  • You are enthusiastic, adaptable, and focused on customer service.
  • You work independently, diligently, and in an organized manner.
  • You maintain composure even in high-pressure situations.
