Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Support Specialist to join our team at innomatec Leak Test Solutions. As a key member of our After-Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage the After-Sales LTC department, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Accurately capture and process customer orders and order confirmations in our ERP system, in both German and English.
- Prepare and process service and spare part orders, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop and track cost calculations in German and English.
- Generate and process invoices and credit notes in German and English.
- Source and procure goods and services.
- Process customer inquiries and requests via phone.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Communicate with customers in German and English.
- Manage warranty contracts and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Develop and submit proposals for calibration and maintenance services, ensuring timely completion.
- Completion of an industrial management or business administration training program, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in business operations, organization, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
- Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused mindset, combined with a solid understanding of business economics.
- Proficient in English, with a minimum B2 level of proficiency.
- Awareness of quality and performance.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and reliably.
