Key Responsibilities as Management Assistant:
- Facilitate project coordination
- Participate in executive meetings and document proceedings
- Monitor assignments and timelines
- Offer comprehensive support to management in administrative and organizational functions
- Prepare and interpret data, and compile relevant statistics
Key Responsibilities as Customer Service Coordinator:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients through various communication channels
- Efficiently manage initial and follow-up orders
- Coordinate with clients and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Generate necessary export documentation
- Engage with and advise existing clients, facilitating interactions and promotional activities in collaboration with training and sales departments
- Address customer complaints and manage returns
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional training
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities associated with the role
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality
- Professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Positive and approachable attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently, systematically, and with a results-oriented mindset

- Strong numerical aptitude, preferably with experience in accounting
