Project Manager Power Device Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Power Device Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing development projects for new IGBT, diode, and SiC MOSFET products.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute development projects for new power devices, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Form and guide project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Take on full project manager responsibilities, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Act as project owner for subordinate projects, aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of technical backgrounds and interdependencies to proactively identify and solve complex challenges.
- Consult and act as an interface to internal and external customers, including application engineering, R&D, project management, sales, and other departments.
- A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a PhD.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 3 years as a project leader, preferably in chip development.
- Strong technical understanding of power electronic device physics, wafer technology development, and semiconductor processing.
- A proactive mindset with excellent communication and moderation skills, including strong English skills, with German as a plus.
- The ability to understand and structure complex project situations, manage crisis situations, and present them to senior management level.
