Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, unbefristet, 8 Stunden pro Tag, Montag bis Freitag

Vergütung: Ab Euro/Jahr

Die navacom IT Solutions GmbH & Co. KG ist ein etabliertes IT-Systemhaus, das 2005 gegründet wurde und mittlerweile ein engagiertes Team von rund 30 Fachkräften beschäftigt. Unser Unternehmen ist sowohl als Softwareentwickler als auch als Dienstleister im Bereich der Gesundheitsinformatik tätig.

In der Rolle des Systemadministrators im Second Level Support sind Sie verantwortlich für:

  • Die Bearbeitung und Lösung von technischen Anfragen und Problemen unserer Kunden.
  • Die Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Wartung von IT-Systemen.
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams zur Optimierung von Prozessen.
  • Die Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und Lösungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
