Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at FINN. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of customer support professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve customer support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance to ensure high-quality customer support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and experience.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer support leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Customer Support Expertise: In-depth knowledge of customer support principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to analyze customer data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German (C2-Level) and English (minimum C1-Level).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
