Deine Aufgaben als Corporate Legal Advisor (w/m/d)
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen bei rechtlich relevanten Fragestellungen
- Erstellung und Überprüfung von Verträgen mit Dienstleistern unter Berücksichtigung des deutschen Rechts und regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Verwaltung der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen und Produktbedingungen
- Rechtliche Prüfung von Marketingmaterialien
- Interne rechtliche Beratung zu Themen aus dem Bankrecht, Erbrecht, Zwangsvollstreckungsrecht, allgemeinem Zivilrecht und Zivilprozessrecht
- Identifizierung relevanter rechtlicher und regulatorischer Änderungen sowie deren Implementierung in bestehende Geschäftsprozesse
- Beratung der Mitarbeiter und der Geschäftsleitung zu bankaufsichtsrechtlichen Themen
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter zu rechtlich relevanten Themen
- Begleitung des Entwicklungsprozesses neuer Produkte gemäß den Gruppenrichtlinien
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern sowie externen Rechtsanwaltskanzleien
Dein Profil
- Erstes und zweites juristisches Staatsexamen oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im deutschen Zivil- und Vertragsrecht
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen in einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen, einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs- oder Beratungsgesellschaft von Vorteil
- Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Überzeugungsstärke
